Second phone screen with Sr TAM and someone shadowing (which is a part of the post hire process) Technical phone screen: Got asked a lot of questions related to "what would I do" scenarios and general knowledge of databases, linux, and cloud offerings. Thought the interview went OK and felt I got 85% correct, but although very successful in my career, but do not like technical interviews, just not someone who verbalizes it very elegantly. Probably the reason I did not get to next level. I was annoyed by the constant typing as while you are answering questions they are typing all your responses. Once interview is complete, the interviewer just forwards what they type up the chain to the hiring managers. A bit unfair as when working with C-levels and teams, the biggest part is being able to communicate, that is really not even a option in this process. All tech an not personality in my opinion is not a good balance. Some technical people know every detail and are great at verbalizing it, and some are instinctively are good troubleshooters and implementer with knowing every the details to get the job done. I think they want the ones that are very good at explaining it in detail.

Online assessment, technical interview, loop interview with 5 people using Chime. Loop interview was very tiring and many useless questions that don't allow you to represent yourself how you perform in the job at all. You can easily spot who is the BR because it's usually some guy/gal in aws since many years, and from a completely different team.
