I applied from my college. here were 3 rounds
1) GD but it was more like an ex-tempo kind of round
2) online test (simple english will be checked in this round even)
3) F2F round

Questions were all simple
tell me about your self?
they will tell you to speak on any topic and they will judge your english.
Its easy to get in dnt worry much.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
