J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Luxembourg)
Entretien
Big confusion with whom they actually looking up for a particular role.
Job description has own focus areas. HR explained that, in fact, JD in general doesn't match with real expectations which will be provided by hiring manager. Hiring manager explained his own vision so I built my interview process backwards from my "customer" (life has an irony, isn't?). Feedback was: "all cool, but we revised once again what we actually need someone else with something else..."
Amazon is not a unique in the moving goal posts, but might be it is their internal culture. Problem is that you're assessed against something you wasn't even asked.
