A very long and time waste process and interviews for the candidates. Wierd behaviour by especially the Director of this BU. The first round started with my resume got shortlisted from their panel. It was a telephonic round of 1 hours. After impressing this guy, in 2 weeks time, HR called me and invited me for next face to face rounds to their office. I got it scheduled for the very next week. There were around 6 very long (very very very long) rounds, each of 1 hours duration. Few of the interviewers were new to this company. So had lot of confusions on the actual requirements and what to interview a senior candidate for a Senior TPM role. So they just started chit chatting on all wierd stuff. To my astonishment few of these donot even know the depth of how a senior candidate interviews must be conducted. How is this company tolerating this? Overall, a wierdo kind of interview process.
Did not at all expect this kind of cheap quality interviews from Amazon.
Ofcourse, not all companies can organize quality interviews. And this company is one among them.
All sort of standard behavioural questions on past experiences.

HR is very helpful. He provided me tons of documentations to prep the interview which includes types of questions. They also provide example questions and answers. The HR spent two calls to guide me through the interview process and how to prep the interview.
Normal 5 loop interview. No surprises. No coding interview. Nothing out of the ordinary. All remote. Very helpful recruiter. Hiring Manager interview was a bit odd, but maybe I was tired

Phone screening by HR. Regular tell me about yourself question, and emphasis on being technical as a must. There will be quite a few rounds of interview, and the first one will contain a system design validating your technical skills.
