I had 2 phone screens plus an all day loop with 7 people. I never heard back from the recruiter. I had to teach out to her to find out the outcome. They are supposed to contact you within 5 days but I went 7 days before I connected them. 🤨
I recently gave an interview for Amazon, it was conducted in 2 rounds with an initial screening call and the final loop interview divided into 4 rounds, they mostly tested me on these leadership principles- dive deep, deliver results, learn & be curious and case study questions focusing on inventory optimization and demand forecasting.

The interview process was typical of a normal interview—textbook questions, not very out of the ordinary. Leading up to the interview you do need to take an interesting exam, but as long as you use common sense you should be able to pass.
