First round with the hiring manager. Hiring manager seemed disinterested from the beginning and could not articulate what an average day at the job looked like. I got the feeling they had a candidate in mind and were not interested in interviewing others. Rating as neutral as you can always learn something from an interview even if you don't get the job.

before I applied online, i attended their online webinar, this way i get to know the position, this helped a lot for the interview preparation, the online assessments take 2hours, then the phone interview was easy, tip for the interview is look up for 14 amazon principles.
