-Round 3 consisted of two 4 5 min interview, which are the same day as round 2 if you make it past interviews 2 & 3.

They really want to hear about data--concrete numbers you've worked on. However, most of the questions do not make this a readily available answer. Practice finding ways to mention data in your answers.
Know the Amazon Leadership Principles (LP) by heart and provide examples in STAR format to meet expectations during interview process with eye toward objective / quantifiable accomplishments. Prepare by thinking through each LP and telling a story.
All about a relevant intro and using the STAR Method to answer questions about Leadership principles. Situation Task Actions Results. Give results in terms of percents or hard numbers. Talk about what "I" did not so much "we," and talk about safety

Two 30 mins interview, one right after the other. Both interviews were with members of the company and based on certain Amazon Leading Principle.
Interviewers were very nice and interested in the conversation.
