J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon en mai 2017

      Entretien

Here it goes: I had a phone interview with the Operations Recruiter in mid-May 2017. A day or two later a received an email asking a few more questions about where I obtained my degree, if I was willing to work all day-parts, my earliest start date, expected/current pay, etc. After completing that, I waited another 5 days before receiving the response that they wanted to conduct a phone interview with me with one of their hiring managers. I was told that it would take 1-2 weeks to have them schedule the interview. In addition to that, there was a possibility that the hiring manager would not be able to step away from his duties for a prescheduled phone interview and would miss the call. If that was to be the case, I was to write an email to let them know (instead of the hiring manager letting them know they missed it) to set up a new time and date for the phone interview. My day for the phone interview came, and my hiring manager missed our call. I followed the above steps and my interview was rescheduled for a few days later. The rescheduled interview went on without a hitch; my exact role I was applying for was kept a little under wraps because they were creating a new division of sorts, but both he and I were enthusiastic about my potential in the company. I was told I would be in touch with the recruiter for next steps. A week later, in early June, I received an email from the recruiter and she said that my phone interview went well and that I had been selected to have an onsite interview. She explained that it would take "a few weeks" to schedule that time. I sent my thank you email and waited. After three weeks had passed, I sent another email on the last day of June saying I was still interested in the opportunity, etc. I did not receive any correspondence back from her. I sent one last email in mid-August with a gentle reminder that I had already been selected for an onsite interview and that I was looking forward to meeting everyone and for the opportunity to be a part of their company. I'm still waiting...

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
