Half-day loop with up to 6 people at an hour each covering all areas of the leadership principles. You will not know what they are before hand. It is very conversational and professional during the whole process.

First round - Hiring manager screening; covers leadership principles important for the job
Final round - 5 interviews with writing assessment; each round covers around 3 leadership principles; all interviews are behavioral

Split in to several stages. (1) Phone screen. (2) Skill test at home. (3) Behaviour based interview questions. You meet people in your prospective team. Behaviour based interview questions. Can you tell me about a time when you did x, y or z to get a result.

Phone interview followed by in person day of interviews. Everyone was very friendly and range of technical, behavioral and product questions. Could tell who the bar raiser was who asked a design question around building an app.
