1st face to face kind of like just a minute
2nd round was a system test comprising of various questions from verbal, voice accent, typing
3rd round was general hr
Overall it was an average interview process hr was kind.

In hr he asked me how would i convince an angry customer?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Entretien
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
