Was contacted by recruiter in November, applied and took online assessment. Had two 45 minute onsite interviews that were more like conversations, basic behavioral questions were asked in addition to a case. Received an offer within 5 days.

Generic case study question, asked in order to see your thought process and reasoning.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
