      I has been contacted through linkedin and I applied. Steps: 1. First you go through an online site for a couple of test as a programmer. 2. I than took a phone call interview of about 1 hour where they asked me from threads to kernel to network to filesystem and so on. 3. The third and final interview took place in real person 4 interviews 1 hour each, I enjoyed very much speaking with the team, real life problem was asked to make sure we were speak the same language. the 4 hours interviews has been one of the most enjoyable interview in a long time.
