Initially they ask a basic introduction. Next there is Versent test (your typing, basic English, Grammar etc. via a person software module) Important thing to keep in mind here would be its time bound, If you clear this then you can expect an aptitude test followed by F2F interview with an operational head.

Studied a YouTube video on the leadership principles in advance and considered those when answering questions

Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
