While I appreciate the opportunity to interview, I felt some of the interactions lacked professionalism and did not create an environment conducive to a productive discussion. At times, the communication felt dismissive, and there was limited engagement or interest in understanding my background and experience. I have participated in many senior-level interviews throughout my career, and I value thoughtful, respectful, and collaborative conversations, especially for leadership and solution-oriented roles. I believe candidate experience is an important reflection of company culture, which is why I wanted to provide this feedback constructively.
