Wichtigsten Prinzipien waren dabei Ownership, Dive Deep, Customer Obsession und Deliver Results. Sehr wichtig ist es seine Ergebnisse immer mit messbaren Zahlen, Daten und Fakten zu belegen. Am Anfang sollte man sich kurz vorstellen.
