The process consisted of two 60-minute rounds. Each session dedicated 15 minutes to resume deep dives and Leadership Principles, followed by a 45-minute live LeetCode-style coding challenge. The interviews were well-structured, focusing equally on cultural alignment and algorithmic problem-solving under pressure. Highly standard but rigorous.
