The interviewer was very robotic, pigeonholed and no clear understanding of workflows and processes in company. Overly focused on their principles and methodologies as opposed to candidate experience and domain expertise.

The entire process was well organized and executed. I applied online and was contacted by an Amazon recruiter. They schedules a phone interview with someone from the team I was applying for. That interview lasted about an hour and mostly resume review and behavioral questions. Received onsite interview request a few days later. Scheduling that was a bit of pain but that mostly due to the holidays. The onsite was with 5 different people who asked questions on skills and behavioral. Amazon appears to hire the person, not the skillset.
