started with an OA, next it was a writing assignment basically writing a white Paper which they review and may/may not ask questions based on it followed by 2 45 Minute back to back interviews focused on amazon leadership Principle

Entretien
It consisted of two rounds, each scheduled for 45 minutes. The second interview exceeded the allotted time. One was with a Senior Operations Manager and the other with a Manager.
Online Assessment only. I don't feel it's hard, yet clearly, I am not the type of person they are looking for. All questions are based on Amazon's principles and some behavior questions. There are paid practice questions online.

The recruiter pushed through my application. 2 interviewers - One was more basic and the last one was corporate and asking the tough questions. Basic one was asking about my experience and how I would approach certain situaitons
