the interview process was actually very smooth. I was made comfortable by the interview and the interview went great overall. So, the experience for me atleast was actually great. And, I would actually encourage others to apply to amazon and sit for the interview because if not anything you would actually get to learn a lot.

Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Entretien
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
