Several rounds with Hiring Manager, and Director.
Initial call with HR are relatively trivial, while the Hiring manager was a bit harder, but doesn't require much knowledge when you have proper expertise.

I applied for the position on the Amadeus website and had a first interview via video call with an Amadeus HR rep. In the interview he told me about the responsibilities of the role, asked me a series of questions about my experience and told me in great detail about the benefits Amadeus offers. At the end of the interview I asked about next steps and he told me that he would coordinate with the hiring manager about his availability and be in touch the following week. After hearing nothing a week later, I followed up via email and received no response. I followed up once more and received no reply. I think a courtesy email would be the minimum after a 45 minute interview.

Very old-school approach, which is not to say a bad thing. There are no tasks, homework, no specific Product Management questions. There are 3 steps: Interview with HR (45 min) Interview with the hiring manager (1 hr) Interview with the team: 2 x Product Manager + RTE Engineer (30 min) The HR interview was quite nice. The guy definitely knew how to do his job. The interview with the hiring manager was mainly about the experience: "Please tell me about yourself..." The interview with the team was supposed to be 1 hr, but was changed to 30 min. at the last moment. The main guy was 10 minutes late for the interview and when he joined, he was driving in his car. Very awkward situation and definitely didn't make me feel comfortable. The teams didn't ask any specific questions, what was discussed was the same as on the first interview. Didn't receive any feedback after the interview process.
