Entretien
Un premier contact par une société spécialisée en recrutement. Le premier appel téléphonique est bref et ne vise qu'à organiser la suite du recrutement.
3 exercices en ligne, dont un en anglais. Pas de difficulté particulière à signaler. Un test de personalité est également proposé (questions à choix multiples). Ce test de personalité est par la suite interprété par une personnes des services RH.
A l'issue de ce test, on m'a proposé une série de 3 entretiens sur une journée sur site. Manager puis product director puis RH.

The initial interview process went smoothly during the first round. Two weeks later, I received a call informing me that I had successfully advanced to the second round. However, to my disappointment, the interview was unexpectedly canceled just one hour before its scheduled time, and regrettably, I did not receive any notification. This unexpected turn of events has left me with a less than favorable impression of this organization.
First interview by phone. Then 4 interviews, on-hour long each. Areas tested: general knowledge of IT and software architecture, brain-teasers and enigmas, personality and fit, proficiency in English. Also, knowledge of Amadeus business and operations.

El entrevistador plantea una situación o reto de desarrollo y hay que ir haciendo preguntas y dando posibles soluciones o descubriendo posibles limitaciones a la hora de diseñar la arquitectura.
