Qué sabes de la empresa; por qué quieres cambiar de trabajo; tu trayectoria profesional etc.
Pleasant initial rounds of interviews. Good impression of the people from the 2 Teams calls. Very nice and genuine, did not appear as pompous or arrogant. Informed over an automated email on the negative outcome was not that great though - perhaps they had many candidates or were too busy to inform on a warmer email :)

Standard interview process. Reached out to schedule a phone interview. The interviewer, Ally, was kind and respectful. The job post did say the job was hybrid or fully remote but during the interview it came up that it was expected to be fully in person. That should have been mentioned on the posting.

It was a great interview with questions about my past experience. The Director had very focused questions related to the job profile. It was more to see a fit to the organization.
