I had a skype interview with the management and then I did a test to ensure my level in the tool I would be using. Afterwards I met the team I would be supposed to work with and I had an informal interview with them. I really like the recruitment process in Amadeus Madrid, I received an update at each step and it went pretty quick between the moment I applied online and the moment I received the offer.
The interviews were more like a conversation rather than just answering question.
Also I really like the possibility to meet the team I would be working with and it gave me a good feeling of the working environment.

There were an initial conversation to touch base and see motivation and else. The there were two rounds of interviews that were fairly ok. Conversations were in , Spanish and English. All fine.

Easy and friendly. Very comfortable interview and understanding panel. Relevant questions asked and feedback given immediately. Questions were relevant and very professional behaviour. It definately is a good place to work

The HR leader has no clue of who he wants to hire.
Came in for evaluation with a negative attitude and uninterested. Closed the interview stating he would revert back by Jan, but no professionalism they never reverted back.
