Round 1 focused on Angular and Java which was fairly standard. Round 2 was a simple Managerial +HR round. I cleared both rounds and was asked to submit all documents. However, after submitting everything, the HR team stopped responding for almost two weeks. When I followed up, they Suddenly mentioned a "cultural missmatch" which felt like an excuse and was very unprofessional.
