The process was very easy. Turned in an application and met with the office manager soon after that or possibly even that day. I had previous experience so they liked that from the start, but it doesn't matter to them if you don't have experience. They train very well. The "interview" was more like talking with a good friend. Wasn't very serious which I liked, I could tell that I would fit in nicely there.
