The interview was myself and 3 employees in a room. It seemed that each of them was considering adding to their staff and they just weren't sure where I would fit. They had some prepared questions on a paper that were all on point. The entire interview lasted maybe 30 minutes and I was surprised when they said they were done. No one from any sort of HR background was there which also seemed strange.
