Replied to a posting for PM online and was contacted by another PM within the department for an interview. Very little information was given about the position and I had to press to even get a scheduled time to come in even though I was asked to interview. The in person interview was with two people describing their existing project and asking questions. The whole process took about an hour. The PM followed up with an email that evening asking if I could speak to another person via phone the next day. I replied that I would be available. The phone call never materialized and I was ghosted from that point despite thank you emails and a phone call confirming that the second round interview never occurred.
