Meet and talk about a few scenarios. Discuss what you would do in a given event. Take a tour of the facility where you are interested in working. Ask the employer questions to decide if they will be a good match for you.
It was a short interview where they asked if I could pass a drug test and background check. She then asked if I was okay with overnights and whether I had a family and things like that.
