I had a tour of the facility where I was told in detail the history of the company, what the purpose of the company is, and how each section of their facility is utilized. After the tour, my interviewer and I went into a conference room and did a few critical thinking exercises followed by a group interview which included four other employees ranging from a year and a half of experience to 26 years at the company. Overall, it was honestly one of the most interesting and fun interviews that I have ever attended and I feel like I left there with more than I came with.
