I have an advanced degree in engineering and experience in neuroscience. Interviewer was relaxing in his bed during video call and very first question was what do you in your current job. Then, he asked about my programming experience and said I have 1000s of applications, I was not sure how your application was filtered through. The shortest interview I ever had. It was less than 5 minutes.

Recruiter screening went well, very friendly. I was interviewed by 2 people, one of them was actually very nice. The other one was unprofessional and condescending really. I didn't feel that the interview is well structured at all.
