3-4 rounds of interview one withe hiring manager, senior manager, panel interview and the VP of the BU. you will be called to the panel interview to the office . it will last anywhere between an hour to 1.30 hours depending on the questions from each of them and the lenght of your answers

HR did not have a clue of the post, but the interview experience was good. The time between rounds was quite lengthy and the decision making itself took close to six months after confirmation on selection

So I want to write a review because I was concerned with the company when I read the initial reviews regarding their interview process. It seems that perhaps they are paying attention because I thought that they stayed at in constant communication during the entire process. Perhaps it was because I requested that they contact me via email and from then on it was easy and efficient to coordinate. As for the interview process : First they contacted me for a phone interview. Next was an in person interview with the hiring manager where I was also asked to complete a Wonderlic test, finally I attended a three-person panel interview.
