Company had an opening. Reached out the university for candidates and shortlisted. Had a PI test along with an IQ test. The IQ test at first would overwhelm - a lot of questions in a very small time, however be calm. It's not as bad.
You need to cross the IQ test to qualify further.
They will look for a PI test which the managers use to understand the personality - role fit. Nothing major, but be truthful.
Generally it's one to two rounds of technical interviews and one HR round. Those may happen in any sequence. People are generally very courteous except a few. Never be afraid of meeting many people. If too many people are meeting, they probably want to hire you and see where you will be the best fit :).
The offices are also well maintained in SEZs and STPI (can't be as perfect as Google/Microsoft/Infosys).
Overall, rating a high B, if not an A.
