Unfortunately no option to give less then 1 star. Highly disappointed frustrated & irritated with recent bad experience with HR recruitment process. Got interview rescheduled 3 times and 4th time I was told that interview would be on Saturday for which I never received invite nor any call from HR saying that it is cancelled. After 15 days again I received call from same HR asking my availability for interview for tomorrow but when he realized that he called me by mistake he said he is sorry and there would be no interview tomorrow. Never got such a bad experience in my 11 plus years of carrier in IT. "Worst" experience ever!

They had given the interview time at 10:00 AM, but too more than that to call for the interview. Ok now I was called for interview and to my surprise the interviewer was a System Analyst taking interview for BA profile. Frankly, not sure whether System Analyst = Business Analyst, might be wrong also. Introduce urself Tell abt ur day to day activity How u gather requirements Any application that u use in ur comp Explain the application Different modules available in the application Lastly, any question? And honestly, apart from these no other question.... and I was asked to leave or the day. It's so frustrating that after answering all these simple n probably simplest questions, how can someone be asked to leave for the day. I am not sure but it's TRUE sometimes interview (s) makes things worse.
