The interviewer asked me the 2 java coding questions only and asked me to explain the 2nd question's code. I described him, later he didn't ask anything. Evening I received a rejection email. I asked the reason to HR, she replied I am not aware the exact reason, will ask to the interviewer. . I don't understand 1 thing, is why they asked me to do the 2nd code? What they want me to prove.

I cleared interview but 3rd party HR blocked to proceed . Beware of 3rd party HR. My hiring experience with Altimetrik was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. They seriously needs to review the performance and accountability of its third-party HR team to prevent this from happening to others. *i still have open client round slot in their portal now, but i have raised concern to remove my data from portal

Initially it is told that there will be two rounds and later it is told that after 2nd round there will be client round. I have cleared 2 rounds and waited for client round for two weeks and finally they told that the position is on hold . We will keep your resume for future openings. This is 2nd time I am experiencing this in Altimetrik. If they don't want to take they should not create a hope in candidates mind.
