J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Altimetrik

First I had an initial interview with HR, introduced myself and talked about my experience. The second stage was a technical interview in English with a developer, thought I did pretty good.
Later I had an interview with a client that appeared to be hard to please because I was "prepared" by Altimetrik people just for that interview, once I was there I discovered why, it was a live coding interview with three USA devs who had the charisma and politeness of a sponge. They would ask me questions while working on their stuff with a poker face, which can make more introverted people like me very nervous.
Needless to say, I didn't get the job for that client, but I was called for an interview with another client and it was left kind of hanging and the people from HR wanted me to do ANOTHER technical interview with their staff and then I decided to drop from the process, since even though Altimetrik wanted me onboard, I had to be accepted by a client before they could hire me.
I really don't understand why some companies let the clients run the company for them, if you want to hire a talented developer just hire him.

Round 1:
Focused on basic React and JavaScript concepts. Questions covered fundamentals like hooks, state management, lifecycle methods, closures, and async behavior. I was also asked to code a React component during the round.
Round 2:
This was more advanced and intensive. It included:
A two-pointer JavaScript problem-solving question
In-depth advanced React concepts
Real-time debugging scenarios
Objective-type output-based JavaScript questions
Behavioral questions
The technical evaluation was thorough and covered both conceptual clarity and hands-on skills.
Important Advice:
I would strongly recommend not submitting sensitive documents (especially financial or personal records) until you receive full clarity about the compensation alignment. Even if budget confirmation is given during initial screening rounds, ensure expectations are formally aligned before sharing confidential information. This helps avoid situations where processes are halted later even if you clear all the rounds due to budget constraints after documentation has already been collected.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
A Js coding question where the input: [2,0,5,4,0] O/p: [2,5,4,0,0]

DON’T Interview here, they will waste your time keeping multiple rounds, will promise you offer and ASK all your personal data including PF details and Payslips multiple times and will not give offer at the end. They are running a DATA Collection SCAM!
I didn’t get the whole point but this is so wrong at many levels
Interview process was smooth but after the 2 initial rounds it took them 3 weeks to reply and another 2 week wait saying they'll be scheduling the cient round but then reected me due to some bgv check reason.
