Altimetrik has a very well-designed interview system, which we can even track the progress through the career site. For my role, there were apparently 4 stages. Initial screening, technical round 1, technical round 2, and finally the Executive round. In my case, they conducted tech round 1 twice, then the 2nd tech round, which lasted nearly 50 mins (Deep drilling). As per the update from the recruiter, the feedback was positive, and I was very excited for the Executive round. Waited for a week, then one more week went by, then finally I came to know through the recruiter that the position I had been interviewed for was on hold. This whole process alone took one month, but I got nothing at the end other than disappointment.
