Well in this the worst Recruitment process i have seen in my 15 years of exp. 2 weeks back i get call from 3rd party for altimetrik interview. The recruiter Savitha from Altimetrik recruiter was in touch from only email. I cleared 1st round. and got congrats email followed by Digiverifier 3rd party org to use there site for ITR and EPF related logins. I objected this and they bith Fusion plus recruiter and Altimetrik Savitha kept on asking to follow the un ethical rules. Some how i did completed but when questioned why they canceld the 2nd interview The pathetic hr not given any info but yelled on phone saying "You dont teach us how to take interview, this is the process if interested be it, or else see something else." This has to be propagated and be aware of this personal financial ITR and PF related info requests form them. Avoid Altimetrik at first place. Really un professional.!!
