I recently went through a four-round interview process with this company. While the multi-round process suggested a thorough evaluation, I was surprised to learn that nearly all candidates progressed through each stage. In hindsight, this approach seemed inefficient, resulting in unnecessary time investment for candidates who weren't ultimately selected. A more streamlined process or clearer communication about candidate advancement would improve the experience.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of four rounds, beginning with Talent Acquisition and progressing through the hiring manager, the VP, and finally the senior leadership of Marketing. Each round was well-coordinated, and the interviewers were welcoming and professional.
However, the candidate selection phase was less satisfactory. After the final interview, I experienced a two-week period without communication, followed by an email instructing me to wait a few more days. Despite having another job offer, I was advised to hold this offer while waiting for their decision, which was promised by a specific date. Unfortunately, that date passed without any update or formal notification from the company.
