- Recruiter was 10+ minutes late for first 30 min screening - Initially moved along quickly in the process which included Recruiter screening, 30 min interview with hiring manager, 30 min interview with 2 teammates (scheduled within few days between each) - They provide an interview guide and benefits overview before the interviews. At first I was impressed, but then I learned this is typical of many companies now - When asked how to prepare for final interview, Recruiter said to “just be myself” lol - Interview ended up consisting of more Project Management related questions as opposed to Coordinator - Took 2 weeks after final interview to receive rejection and was not offered any feedback despite requesting it
