The recruiter asked for my availability for an HR screen that week. I provided my availability, no response. The week had ended. I followed up the following week, no response. I followed up later and around 4:45pm, I receive an email from him asking my availability for the next day. I quickly respond back, thinking if he wants to chat the next day, we should decide a time by COB. COB and the next day, the day he wanted to chat, went by with no response from him. I follow up, no response. A couple of days later, I randomly receive an invitation from him for an HR screen. At this point, I was frustrated that he randomly sent an invite but was also happy that I even got a response from him. I then receive news that he wants me to speak with the hiring manager who is located in the US. The same exact thing happens as before. This time, he schedules the interview on a BANK HOLIDAY. Again, this point, I was just happy to have something scheduled. Luckily, I didn't have any holiday plans. Interview with the hiring manager went very well. He was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The next interview was with someone in leadership. Not sure why because he was unable to answer several of my questions regarding the role and expected me to automatically know how the role collaborates with his team. The next round is a presentation in front of the hiring manager, director, and two CSMs. I thought it went well. The presentation is a case study on Alteryx and doing a demo of Designer. About 45 minutes. After this call, it hit me that all my interviewees thus far were white, males. Not really diverse for a company whose core value is equality. It would have been nice to see different types of people in the process. The feedback I received was that I did not have experience with Alteryx and as a CSM, both of which could've been answered in the HR screen. This would've saved me 2 months.

The interview went well. The interviewer was very engaging and asked relevant questions about the company, the role, and my reason for switching. It felt like a genuine conversation, which made the experience comfortable and positive overall.
