The interview process was very smooth due to the help of the Recruiter. She provided lots of information which helped me to prepare me for my interviews.
I got contacted by a recruitment agency, from that moment the interview process was as follows:
Week1: Call with internal recruiter.
Week1: Phone interview with the hiring manager.
Week2: On-site interviews with the hiring manager, VP of sales, HR and a sales rep.
Week3: Product demo(online) for the hiring manager.
Overall I enjoyed the interview process. The product demo requires some time, but it I think it's meant to make sure you know what you are about to sell. This avoids being disappointed once you take the job.

Entretien
Phone interview with the recruiter. They flew me out to HQ and there I met with VP, 2 sales reps, and manager. Very conversational, not a typical interview style which I enjoyed. I was able to get a tour of the office and see the culture first hand.
