Had a phone interview with an hr person. They advertised to fill a "coaching" role and stated the a formal recognized credential in the field would be an asset. During the interview it became clear that their idea of a professional coach and mine, being associated with the actual profession and credentialed, did not match, and what they they were really looking for was a sales person. What they were actually asking the person to do would have been considered unethical for a credentialed coach and would ultimately result in their credential being revoked. In all fairness to the company, they not longer have such a role.
