The entire interview was a complete joke. None of the three interviewers introduced themselves or explained what the company is, and since their website is horrible, there was nothing to go off of. One guy sat to the side with his head in his hands the entire time. Another was the HR person who seemed confused as to what was going on. And the third, and only to talk, was a beady little fat man who went directly into grilling questions about industry knowledge - one after the other, after another. Apparently they feel that it must be a privilege to work there, rather than working towards hiring the right people. It was obvious these people are extreme micro-managers from the idiotic interrogation techniques they use. I knew after five minutes that it was best to stay away from Alterman!
