After the recruiter reached out for a screening call, the chaos became apparent with rescheduling and days/weeks of non communication. Interviews were scheduled, moved, and interviewers changed.
Eventually, after 4 weeks of being strung along, I got an interview where only one person cared to show up. The interview was easy and good. Then more silence for another week - no rescheduling of the other people or feedback until I emailed asking what is happening. That finally generated a canned message that the “team” had a great experience talking to me but there were better candidates.
Its their prerogative to pass on candidates but the chaotic process was very telling about what kind of work environment it must be and how poor the management is. Highly recommend to avoid until they figure out how an organization works
