For the most part, it seemed to be a scripted interview process. They do it in stages. First, they basically ask the "who are you, where do you come from, and what do you want" questions. Second, they conduct a very long technical interview (which they don't inform you of when you're scheduling the interview). They ask non-relevant technical questions and they make you do a whiteboard exercise. The third stage, after about an hour, is an opportunity for you to ask questions. They don't seem to be concerned with getting to know you or what you want to know. Their main interest is whether you pass/fail their technical questions (which takes up the majority of the interview).

Quick interview process, mainly just to entice me to keep my same job and project that was moving to their company. Everything focused on what the company was doing and why I should join them. As I was moving with the project, they already had my information as to what I could do.
