HR kept rescheduling the interview multiple times a day. first round with the dept staff, was very nice and easy to talk to. Advanced to the take home assignment round and then was scheduled for another interview with the dept head and team to ask about my thought process and to see my fit for the team. interview questions were quite technically heavy and it lasted for ~1h. And then I got ghosted. Also, it takes them about 3-4 weeks for them to get back to you after each round, which was too long and there were too many stages to go through for a relatively small firm. Too much effort was put into this I felt that the least they could do was to give a proper rejection and reasoning.
