The interview process was not that bad. You come in for two interviews minimum and the second one is the main determination if you will get hired or not. The second interview is with all the upper management.

Entretien
The first visit was a skills test and a drug test. The skills test was a simplified or shortened version of a Wonderlic Test. The second visit was an interview with two people simultaneously that alternated questions. It was very comfortable and conversational. The third interview was with the regional director and it was very conversational and more about seeing if I was a good personality fit for the team.

First had a phone interview. Then went in and took an IQ test and interviewed with a couple of managers. Then on the last interview met with same manager and site manager.

I could describe the interview process as laid back but also quite serious, the company definitely is interested in the potential of the candidate rather than the nitty gritty qualifications of one.
