Very easy breezy and conversational. The recruiter, I spoke with was very sweet, and the co-founder was great as well. Very warm, welcoming, and punctual. Overall, great experience with them.

The interview was a phone call but it was very positive and definitely left me very interested in the company. I look forward to connecting further and exploring the opportunity with Alpine Solutions Group!

Question 1
The questions were pretty basic at first because it was more of an introduction but the recruiter showed notable interest in my personality and life experiences. My favorite question they asked right away was:
"What are you passionate about?"
I think this is a perfect question to ask a potential recruit and appreciated the effort put forth.
