The interview process with Alpin Limited was quite long and demanding. It began with an initial panel interview that included five people. The panel kept asking questions one after another, and the session ended up running much longer than scheduled.
The next stage was a case study interview. Unfortunately, the interviewers joined late, which cut into the presentation time. I didn’t have the chance to fully complete the case study because questions were asked throughout, making it difficult to stay on track. The tone of the discussion felt tense at times, as some members of the panel came across as impatient or unfriendly, which made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.
After two rounds and a detailed application process, I didn’t receive any follow-up or update on the outcome. Overall, the process felt lengthy and not very considerate of the candidate’s time or effort. It would be great if Alpin Limited improved communication, respected scheduled times, and created a more supportive environment during interviews to make the experience more professional and constructive for future applicants.
