Very long,
Had to invest a lot of time and effort.
Asks a lot of in-depth personal questions. You can tell they want to know you as a person first before you showcase your abilities.
I was quite impressed that they gave feedback after the whole process, especially considering that some companies don’t even notify you of the results.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
